Team BFC were invited by the CSV leader, Werner Jacobs, to share at Hoërskool Brandwag’s 2nd Term opening assembly on 8 April 2025.

BFC leader, Tonie van Benoni, an ex-Brandwag learner himself, enjoyed the special privilege of hosting the team (where he also met his wife some 20 odd years ago!). The learners were enthusiastically drawn into the feats as the scriptural reference was explained for each.

Testimonies shared centered around relationships, specifically that between ourselves and the Lord, which relationship fills our every possible need and we also focused on self harm, both mentally and physically highlighting the need to have a close relationship with the Lord.

The team enjoyed a coffee with the Principal, Mr Wright, before being shown around the recent changes made at the school since Tonie’s days there.
